Daragh Byrne’s lifelogging prompted me to try to revive something I started a while ago, abandoned, and forgot about, the RunCam. It’s just a Go Pro camera harness modified with a Dremel tool to fit my Panasonic Lumix. As I found out, chest harnesses produce way too much bounce, and I couldn’t realistically stabilize this in After Effects. I’ll try this again with it...

I finally got the last of my Ikea stuff (8 days to fix their mistake? Really?) so I was able to mostly complete the bedroom. This is what it looked like before.
There was no floor, only some unfinished concrete with some adhesive on it. At least the walls weren’t painted bright red.

I figured this was a good place to document my progress on transforming a tiny, foreclosed dump of 568 square feet into a non-dump, also of 568 square feet. Anyway, I ended up buying this space for the price of a very low-end luxury car.
